Hello Darlings,

I just came back home from acing my two exams. Exhausted! After two exams and over 8 hours in the library today, I am desperate for sleep and shopping. I haven't had the time to even stop by a Drug Store not speaking of actually stopping at a plaza. " Me time" is an absolute necessity, before getting bombarded wit exams next week again.

Before I go off to catch some ZZzzzzzzzz........I though that I would share my Thanksgiving outfit!

Yes, Ladies and Gentelman... I am a Starbucks addict. I live with a Venti Super Dry Cappucino. Starbucks is the first stop of my ever destination.

From Las Vegas With Love, part 2…

Hello Darlings,

First of all I would like to thank you all for your support on yesterdays post!!! I feel like this is my place to stand up for my personal beliefs and voice my opinion on certain matters, I'm not very good at overlooking things

Thank you for your sweet words! I adore my blog and more so I adore the new friends ( all of you darlings) that I have made because of it

This is the last part of my Las Vegas posts!

In the place of sunshine, hotness and dryness... the only thing that is left for a girl to do is stock up on sunscreen, purchase a floppy hat, consume ridiculous amounts of water and most importantly enjoy the beautiful weather

Lounging by the pool was probably the best way to beat the heat...and of course, finally have a chance to wear my new Brette Sandler silk cover up.

I am wearing: Brette Sandler silk cover up; Moschino Bikini ; Christian Audigier One piece swinsuit; Juicy Couture Flats; Coach Wristlet; Large Floppy hat from a random store.

I am wearing:Kerrigan by Daryl K silk dress; Ruthie Davis Swarovski Crystal shoes; Coach Clutch

Despite a fact that I cannot handle heat and hate walking long distances, I made sure to bring 6 pair of heels and only 3 pairs of flats... brilliant thinking on my part

Lesson learned,blisters happen after few hours of walking and dancing.... and those fabulous shoes you love so much become a torture device!!! ( Outchy) After experiencing my first blisters in many years after the first night of fun, I resorted to wearing my trusty flats up until the point of going to clubs.

Honestly, at first I could not bear the thought of wearing my favorite Wang dress or a newly favorite tutu skirt with flats... however, not only did I learn to love it, but I also came to understand that it could look undeniably cute and gives a certain touch of effortlessness to the entire ensemble..Honestly, I think that flats can look as wonderful as high heels... I know that this is the worst thing to say, since fashion dictates high heels is the most fabulous thing ever. I do find that flats are the best substitute that is just as beautiful and chic as high heels

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE high heels... but being a student it is not very comfortable or practical. I do spoil myself by wearing heels to lecture only when I drive.

What do you darlings think? Can flats be as fabulous as high heels?

The big lessons learned:
- Heels are not worth wearing if you're going to cripple your feet!
- Wearing a floppy hat is a smart choice, not only to shield your face from the harmful rays but also to avoid heat stroke!

As for the rest of the vacation that was spent exploring, eating and lounging... I spent my time in flats and more casual attire! Including my all time favorite Meggie Ward dress... that I swear by! It looks amazing with everything, got to love those pieces that offer you endless variety. From casual to night out this dress is ideal!

I am wearing: Club Monaco Semi-Sheer Top; Abercrombie& Fitch Shorts; Bloch Patent Leather Flats; Chanel Sunglasses.

To top of almost every outfit I wore my floppy hat, religiously. I get heat strokes within minutes of being out in the hot weather. I never thought that I could pull it off or feel comfortable wearing it, but I fell in love. I know that fedora is a hat of the moment, but it made me feel like a teenage boy and really did not suit my style. Soooooo many people make it look a-m-a-z-i-n-g, I just felt awkward unfortunately. In comparison to the fedora, the floppy hat made me feel like a lady

By the way, if you're ever in Las Vegas check out the Bellagio fountains... I could watch them over and over and so I did. Andrew got pretty iffy about it

Honestly, they are sooo stunning (click on the video belong and turn on the speakers). Also check out the Eiffel Tower, the views from there is beyond AMAZING!

I'm off to study French...school is back and stress is already building up!

Maggie Ward and Wilfred…+ Jimmy Choo

Hello Darlings,

Well, today was another day spent shopping with my mommy. Yup, my mommy and Andrew are the only people I shop with. After my yet another meeting(yup, I have bazillion meetings) my mommy picked me up so that I could check out Gap's Designer Editions. Lucky, I managed to pick up a pair of Alexander Wang khakis and they are perfection...

Those are coming up in the next post!!!!

As for today's outfit, I settled for my all time favorite Maggie Warsddress with my new Wilfred sweater...it was perfect for a long day.Comfortable yet cute..

Honestly, I adore this dress... there are at least a million ways to wear it (click to check out) some: look1; look2; look3; look4; look5; look6.

Finding an ideal dress is a challenge...but once you do, it will become your life-saver. I think every girl should have one. To me this is the one.

JIMMY CHOO FOR H&M( November 14)

Romeo and Juliet + Dinner Party Fun…

Hello Darlings,

Today, was yet another dinner party at a restaurant followed by Romeo and Juliet Ballet. As for those of you living it Toronto, I would suggest that you get your tickets... the performance is absolutely incredible. Very visual and emotionally packed - you won't be able to take your eyes of the stage. I am still overwhelmed with excitement as to how wonderful it was

As for my outfit, well I went for simple...with a touch of sparkle

I love this dress in ways that cannot be explained...it is simple with a tint of sparkle and goes with everything and anything. Of course, I had to wear my leather jacket that I am in love with... I must admit that I never thought that a leather jacket would work for me but I finally understand why there's so much hype around leather jackets - they give character to the most boring outfit and of course, makes you feel like a " bad ass" ( lol).

As for the details of my outfit: well, I wore my all time favorite shoes by Ruthie Davis. These shoes always make me feel like a princess and to match the patent leather of the shoe, I wore patent leather Coach wristlet. I really love how the Swarovski crystals on the heels go perfectly with the sparkle of the dress and the patents leather adds a bit a little something to the entire outfit. I kept everything else, including hair and make up, fairly simple.... just the way I like it, simple with beautiful details

Tomorrows plan is to spend sometime in Art Gallery of Ontario for my art critique assignment...I am really excited to go, because the gallery was just re-do my Frank Gehry- so I can't wait to see that he did with it. I will try to take some pictures .

Not that Pretty…

Hello Darlings,

I am so excited to reveal to you my latest shoe purchase....yup, it is yet another pair of Michael Kors shoes. He just never seems to disappoint me...the shoes are incredible and so are the prices. Well, except for this pair which cost a little over $300 and although I've been dying to buy them ever since they came out this winter - I resisted. So on Thursday by chance I came across them on sale for $100 - I am still so excited about this purchase.

Mr. Kors I will forever be grateful to you for always creating such wonderful footwear!!!

I know, they are not exactly the pretties shoes but I love them so much that it is ridiculous. They are the perfect winter shoes - rubber, water-proof but of course with a high patent leather heel. It was definately match made in shoe heaven. They are also incredibly comfortable and I can wear them all day without slightest sign of discomfort.

It is definately one of those pairs where you're not sure why you love them, but you do.... even thought they are the not the prettiest pair in your closet - actually, they are far from pretty.

Twilight Collector's Edition and CD Review:

For my fellow Twilighters ( hehe) I decided to post a few pics of Twilight Collector's Edition. Since the book is wrapped up in the stores with no way of peeking inside. I reveal to you the secrets of the Twilight Collector's Edition,lol.

Although the book is exceptionally beautiful...it is only worth buying if you're A) a book buff, B) a crazy obsessed Twilight fan, C)or a book collector.

In my case it is A and C.
Please note: that it is not B ( hehe)

The book includes:
- a slide- in case.
- the book is covered in beautiful cloth.
- the inside pages are made of top quality paper with beautiful calligraphy.
- the front page features Stephanie Meyer's signature.
- it also includes an attached ribbon book mark.

I absolutely adore this book - it is gorgeous.

As for the Twilight Soundtrack - I am in love. I adore every single song on it. I am so glad I got it. Next on the list is the Kings of Lion soundtrack and Twilight DVD. I am also making a list of books to buy for my summer reading.

P.S. I am currently working on my Spring shopping list...so it is definately coming up!!! What are your must haves for this spring?

I can't wait for the Spring to come..... just few more weeks !!!!!
But for now, I am off to study. I still have two more exams coming up.UGGH

With Love from Mexico…..part two!!!

Sure, vacation is all about relaxing and getting away from your everyday life - but it is not the time to look frumpy. It is the time to look and feel fabulous - although it is easier said then done....
So here's my attempt at being vacation fabulous!!! lol

Tiny Bikini
Bikini - being the most important article of " clothing" during vacation is also the most dreaded one...lol

Prancing around in a tiny bikini, half-naked is somewhat intimidating...since I am uncomfortable parading around the resort in a bikini, I would always wear a dress or shorts outside the beach area ( bar, restaurants, lobby, etc) ... As for bikini sarongs, I am not very fond of them, especially the long ones... but then again, I am no fashion guru and if it works then it works.

In the swimming pool, I usually resorted to a one piece... swimming pool is the time for fun and games and the last thing I want is to constantly check if my tiny bikini is still there,lol...But a one piece should be on a sexy sice rather than a sporty side ( unless you're a serious swimmer,lol)...

The moment I say this swimsuit, I fell in love with it ... it is very comfortable and sits in all the right places. I don't think that any swimsuit ever made me feel as confident and feminine as this one ... if I could, I would wear it everyday.

My vacation wardrobe was all about cute dresses and my favorite Miss Trish of Capri Sandals( I love them, so much).... easy to wear and easy to look cute in.

As for my hair... well having wavy hair is a nightmare. However,I found that the easiest way to keep it looking neat and cute at the beach is by either french braiding it or putting it into a tony tail with a headband. For the night time, I usually let my hair out...but it was thanks to TIGI S-Factor Smooting Lusterize r and Bed Head Headrush that my hair remained glossy and shiny, instead of turning into a frizz ball.

NIGHT TIME
When the sun set, Cancun city came to life... The party atmosphere there is amazing and Andrew and I definately look advantage of that. Every night, we explored a new and amazing nightclub.

In a hot and humid climate, the last thing you want is to wear a ton of make up... half way through the night your face will be melting off - TRUST ME not a pretty sight ( and I saw a lot of it)

Casual and Festive….

Hello Darlings,

Well, I finally have the time to post my outfit from Saturday night party.... although it was a Christmas party it was more on a casual side.
So Ta ta... my casual but " festive" outfit... lol

Nothing compares to a cozy sweater on a chilly winter evening ( of course, with a warm jacket on top,lol)

I was bit nervous about the hidden wedge... but it looks really awesome. It is definable not an ordinary boot... and really does give that perfect touch to otherwise boring winter outfit.

I though that I would throw in this random fact... up until few month ago I would never wear a tony tail outside of my home, but now I am definately loving a messy pony... Especially, because of this weather my hair is so staticy ... Any recommendations as to what products to use to prevent that?

P.S. I finally had a chance to spend some time in the local bookstore and picked up a copy of Twilight ( I was hoping to get the special edition... but I was lucky enough to scoop up 2nd last paperback) and I also picked up That Extra Half an Inch by Victoria Beckham - which believe it or not is actually pretty fun read. I will make sure to post a thing or two from the book as well as some picture which are really awesome ....

And I am going to leave with this awesome John Galliano Jewelry Ad.... it is so sexy, I love it!!
