Last week as I was browsing through yet another store to find those "perfect" ( perfection is such an exhausting idea) items, I came to realize that there's absolutely "nothing" to chose from. As exaggerated as this might sound I did feel quite hopeless. Not only were the stores full of merchandise than sparked zero excitement in me but I was desperate to add a few classic pieces. First, I was on a mission to find a cashmere sweater and a silk blouse—which I did. Now, I am searching for a camel coat—mission in progress.When it comes to shopping, I do it often and I do it with high expectations...
Still, no rain boots…

It has been raining non-stop for the past few days! Boo... for me rain=frizzy hair, pants, and booties! I am still not a fan of rain boots, but maybe one remotely bizarre day I will begin to warm up to them. However, until that day arrives...I am all about booties! They keep my footsies dry, warm and happy 
When going for booties on a rainy day, remember to spray them with water-repellent otherwise it might damage the shoe.

I spent most of my weekend on the move.... either running errands, catching up on appointments, grabbing coffee and cookies with one of my girlies, Moroco Chocolat with Andrew; Bier Markt with friends, shopping with mom, writing, reading, more writing, and of course working on new posts!
Sonia Rykiel pour H&M shopping…

Yesterday was the release of Sonia Rykiel pour H&M and I was really excited. I am a huge fan of Rykiel! Knits and stripes are her specialty and my obsession, and this was the only H&M collaboration that I was excited for. I loved Sonia Rykiel pour H&M lingerie and was looking forward to picking up a few dresses. The designs are very beautiful and bright, they are truly a visual treat.
The moment I stepped into H&M yesterday morning at 11am, the entire collection was not available at the Yorkdale store but everything did look as beautiful as seen on the pictures. I grabbed a big chunk of the collection and headed to the changing room. With every try, I got more mop-y and disappointed....

Happy Tuesday Everyone! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend; mine was pretty awesome. Most of the time was spent studying, but I also had time to relax. Movie watching was by some drinks with friends. To be quite honest, I am not a sucker for lovey-dovey movies like “Dear John,” but this one made me weep like a little girl. The movie itself was not great or not even good…but the concept was very touching. On the other hand, Up in the Air was absolutely amazing. I love movies that get you thinking, and this one was definitely a conversation starter.
