Hello Darlings,

” It’s more interesting to have just a picture of a small detail - then you can dream all the rest around it. Because when you see the whole thing, what is there to imagine?”

Dries Van Noten

Peonies, my house warming gift. Change is never easy but ever so exciting!

There were hard days and long hours, and a lot of moment that made me smile!

This is my week in photos:

My new Tory Burch Beverly pumps with adorable cherry print and bows. Love them!

Happy Hour with a ginormous peach bellini.

How can one not be happy when there’s so much sugar involved?

Still obsessing with Swarovski’s dainty Erica but this time

from Kingdom of Jewels collection that hits the stores in August.

Girly time at Nadège Patisserie on King Street with

bubblegum and rose macaroons and three cups of Americano.

My first shoot for the new TV show Style Bio. Excited and nervous to see it

on E! and Fashion Television Channel later this summer.

On one random evening, I enjoyed a coffee and browsing Chapters book store.

In this case, I was invading kids corner :)

What is your favorite moment from your week?

With Love…

Marta

Sounds like you’ve had an amazing week. Your new shoes look incredible.

  2. Thank you Sherin. The new Tory Burch store at Yorkdale is wonderful. It was a great event.

Your blog has reminded me how long it has been since I’ve been to Toronto. I used to fly up every couple of months but since my Mom left I haven’t been back, and that was 1998! I’m sure a lot has changed since then, hopefully in a good way. I must make an effort to get back for a visit. I used to love the shopping, but fear living in London has spoiled me forever in that category.

    • Hi Michelle,

You will be shocked the next time you come to Toronto, since there are about 30 new tall buildings in the city (mostly condos). The city has grown a lot, but the shopping options are growing slowly. I went to the Tory Burch opening for her first Canadian store last week (just posted about it), and that was a big deal on the fashion scene for this month! Sure things will start picking up in Toronto fashion-wise with the influx of condos being built.

      Thanks for writing!
      Marta
