Hello Darlings,
I am an avid reader, mostly of classic literature. However, in a recent months, I’ve ventured out into popular literature and non-fiction. Reading has always played a huge part in my life and I’m not willing to sacrifice it because of the overwhelming course load.
So here are so of my new additions to what is on my bookshelf:
I am loving every moment… just not ready to review it year.
101 guide on how to handle the pressures of modern life in a lady-like manner.
Short, concise and very helpful.
Interesting read about fine art and the developments modern movements.
A leader in cosmetic dermatology, his book is a bible to understanding your skin.
I finished it in about 2 days and I strongly recommend it!
My 7th Agatha Christie book and I am dying to read it.
I’m in love with her work, which I believe is over 80 books.
From the author of one of my all time favorite novels, Leonardo’s Swans.
My french course book which is very good for beginners
Well, I’m off to do some research on Bernini’s S. Andrea al Quirinale…

Oh, sweetheart, I can't wait to read your review on the Chanel book. I have it on my amazon wish list, but since there are so many books I want I cannot buy everything straight away… If you think it's a good one then I'll make it a priority, of course.
Now I'd also have to add the 10 minutes. 10 years as am obsessed with good skin (as a nutritionist I also believe that a lot depends on what and how we eat, so proper diet is essential for good skin). I just bought a book on skin care by a Japanese writer Chizu Saeki called The Japanese Skincare Revolution. I haven't finished it yet, so cannot say much, but it does look good and have a few useful tips. Oh, yes, and I would love to read "How to live like a Lady".

Looks like some great reading! I have to read all sorts of popular Young adult fiction for my appropriately titled Young Adult Materials Course, it's fun to read things that are light for a change, although like you I'm more of a literature girl normally.

I've read Murder on the Orient Express! Ha, I'm excited like a dork as I'm an avid reader as well (lately I've been reading Louisa May Alcott books. Classic, but not as heavy as Dickens). I read it in middle school, so I'm sure I'd view it differently now, but I remember enjoying it even then.
And the Gospel According to Coco Chanel & How to Live Like a Lady look quite interesting. I need some lady like advice!
