Rumour has it Hollywood is where dreams come true – to my surprise the Hollywood that I knew moved 10 miles west!

From lunching at Fred Segal, to shopping Marc Jacobs, Alexander McQueen and DVF boutiques on Melrose Avenue, to cocktails at Chateau Marmont, and the luxurious and stylish hotels on Sunset Boulevard, I came to realize that my image of Hollywood does really exist – it just moved 10 miles to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

In the presence of Prince Albert and Princess Charlene, on the day before the Oscar Awards - Montblanc hosted an elegant brunch to showcase the Collection Princesse Grace de Monaco for the first time.

In a sunlight room filled with roses and surrounded by the charming garden setting of the iconic Bel-Air Hotel, guests enjoyed culinary the delights of Chef Wolfgang Puck. With Veuve Clicquot flowing, guests mingled amongst famous actresses including Rosario Dawson, Teri Hatcher, Olga Kurylenko, Petra Nemcova, Rosanna Arquette, Lydia Hearst and Kate Mara.

It was such a great pleasure to take part in the celebration of a Princess Grace's life, especially in such esteemed company!

This week, I am in Los Angeles California attending several Academy Awards festivities, including the OK! Magazine 2012 Pre-Oscar Party in Hollywood last night. It was interesting to say the least to experience behind-the-scenes of Hollywood.

The event began with a star-studded red carpet, then moved inside the charming Greystone Manor. The event was honouring Adrian Grenier's philanthropic efforts, and especially his work on HBO documentary film, Teenage Paparazzo.
