Hello Darlings,

I am so glad that so many of you liked the Two Post Closet Collaboration between With Love… and Sarah Klassen/Hate Design :) I love adding new elements to this blog and I am sure that you will see more collaborations with other amazing bloggers in the near future. As for now I have some exciting news to share with you, but not just yet!!! In a day or two. I also have a couple of interesting posts in the works… the ones that were requested by the lovely readers! I adore doing request posts. The only problem is that I am a complete perfectionist and spend hours preparing each and every single one. So please bare with me and my turtle pace! The combination of exams and a million essays due in less than a month and Christmas shopping clouding my mind, I am all over the place but of course always in a great mood! Cheery mood makes everything more bearable…. so smile!

How can you not be in an amazing mood when you live in Canada and the temperatures outside are in teens. It feels like spring and for those of you who are familiar with Canadian autumn/winter knows that it starts in mid November. Enjoy the stunning weather. And enjoy is exactly what I did…I stopped by one of my favorite parks for a stroll with Johnny ( my Cocker Spaniel) and coffee this morning! I love living in a city that is full of stunning parks, it’s amazing to be able to find peace and quite in the middle of a busy city.

Because of the stunning weather, I had a chance to take my Candela brogues for a stroll and boy, did they like it :P I think this was their last run of the season. It is so hard to put away your favorite pair. Today’s outfit was quite casual but I thought that I might as well share it since not everyday can be dressy and heel-wearing. But every outfit must make you feel fabulous!

Actually, I’ve been wearing heels much less these days. Mainly because I’ve been spending so much time on campus and wearing heels for 10 hours is not fun… who can focus on studying when your feet are aching?! Plus, I am a firm believer that flat shoes can be just as fabulous as heels, especially when it comes to boots. I think that over-the-knee boots work best for everyday when they are flat, not as risque and perfect for workplace and campus. They add just enough of interest to every outfit without being inappropriate. Omg… how did I get into the topic of boots? :S Haha….sorry lovelies, this quick-y post turned into a ran! I tend to get carried away….

I am wearing: Rag & Bone Cropped Trousers; Twenty8Twelve Linen Tank; Wilfred Cotton Cardigan with a hood; A.V.Max Studded Cuff; Chanel Sunnies; Candela Silver Tokyp Brogues.

Must Love Autumn...

Wishing you all a beautiful day!!!!

With Love…
Marta

Aww, have a great dinner with your better half. I love, love. I’ve been to Canada once, in high school, that’s when you could still cross the boarder with an ID and the promise not to carry pepper spray. lol

I look forward to the surprises! :)

  4. holy crow, your shoes are amazing!!!

and i love your boot tangent, i have a crazy obsession with boots. i still haven’t purchased a pair of over the knee boots…i’m scared!!!! what if i am totally not cool enough to rock them and end up looking a hot tranny mess?

    • Hi Lauren,
What are you talking about not cool enough….YOU”RE AWESOME!!! As long as you love them :) you will look fab. If you’re a bit nervous and so was I. Go for a pair that is more subtle and not as risque, that’s what I did. The pair I picked up is more subtle and works with everything. I say try them on in the store, see how you like the silhouette.

Your closet looks so organized! The collaboration was definitely a success. I actually cleaned out my closet last weekend and put all my summer clothes in these cute boxes, so when I saw that you had used similar boxes I just had to laugh to myself. Good luck with your essays!

What a beautiful place!!! It’s must be so good to have a walk there and I am sure Johnny loves it, too. :) I love your look a lot and wish I could wear something as pretty when I take Oscar for walks. Unfortunately he is still a puppy, so we end up looking all muddy and messy at the end of our walks - it’s a lot of fun, but very little glamour. :) Can’t wait to read your special posts, sweetie. Have a great day! x
