Hello Darlings,

I’ve wrapped up my last first semester of university and have started on my holiday to-do list. Which included seeing Priscilla Queen of the Desert: the musical and finding a beautiful classic coat that I can wear to my internship as well as to go out. Two things on my list, done…and lots of excitement!

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to catch the North American viewing of Priscilla Queen of the Desert: the musical at the Princess of Wales Theater (which is running through January 2, 2011).

I have always been a huge fan of musicals and usually attend every single one that is presented by Mirvish. Amongst the many that I have attended in the past, this one was definitely one of the best if not the best. The energy, costumes, acting…well, just about everything in the musical was FABULOUS!!! Will Swenson, Tony Sheldon and Nick Adams were unforgettable. If you’re going to see any performance this holiday season, make it Priscilla…and maybe the Nutcracker if you have the time :) Just see it, pretty please!

Also, please show your support for Performers for Life campaign by making a donation to Fifehouse.org which provides supportive housing and support services for personal living with HIV/AIDS. Thank you! ‘Tis the season of giving.Aside from falling head-over-heels for Priscilla, I can’t wait to catch Tim Burton’s Exhibit...have you seen it?

On another note, I would like to share with you my new Mackage “MJ” coat that I received as an early Christmas gift from my parents (Thank you Mom and Dad!). The coat is heavy weight wool-cashmere blend with leather trim.I absolutely adore it, mainly because it is not too classic and the cut is very unique. The quality as excepted from Mackage is exceptional and the detailing is perfect. This is my third Mackage jacket and I have yet to be disappointed. As far as coats go, Mackage is my choice. Not to forget of course, this coat is quite warm. Although not as warm as my Mackage parka, it is very warm as far as wool coats go. I also decided to step away from black and settle on off white. Since I’ve stocked up on winter coats, I will be adding my Soia&Kyo Coat, Full Circle Coat and another by Tripe5Soul to With Love… Store shortly.

I am wearing:
Mackage “MJ” Coat in off white
Club Monaco Italian Cashmere Sweater
Rich & Skinny Legacy Crop
Kors by Michael Kors Eagle Boots
Jewelry by LuShae color heart ring
Moschino Suede Glove
Gustto “Cokera” Purse

As for the rest of the look, I paired my favorite nude cashmere sweater with a pair of black skinnies and riding boots. To add a touch of color I added red nails and a multi color heart ring from LuShae Jewelry. Thank you to Sarah for the gorgeous 14K gold ring, it always adds a perfect pop of color to every look and goes perfectly with my Kors watch. The ring is absolutely stunning :)

Wishing Everyone a Wonderful Day!!!

With Love…

Marta
