Morning Ritual

Hello Darlings,

Every morning, instead of the bathroom I prefer doing my make up on the bed. It’s a special morning ritual, otherwise my whole day can feel a bit off. Dramatic, I know… but it is true.

Everyday after my morning shower, I love to sit comfortably on my bed while watching weather network or the news channel, doing my make up and drinking coffee. The whole routine, takes about an hour… but it so worth while.

According to Wikipedia: In psychology, the term ritual is sometimes used in a technical sense for a repetitive behavior systematically used by a person to neutralize or prevent anxiety; it is a symptom of obsessive–compulsive disorder.

So maybe I am a bit obsessive-compulsive with my morning rituals, but aren’t we all…
