I am more in love with these Victoria Beckham dVb jeans than expected. Beckham really seems to understand the female body and how to create flattering jeans, that make a woman feel feminine as they hug every curve and minimize any flaw. So I decided to revisit her book "That Extra Half an Inch" and share her suggestions to finding a perfect pair, fit, wash and style.
♥ Check the Waist Band ♥
Waist band should not be thick or heavy or it will dig painfully into hips.
Think and heavy waist bands also can can give the muffin-top look.
Check the waist band doesn't gape at the back, to avoid a weird wind-tunnel effect.
Buy jeans cut higher at the back to avoid gaping and builder's bottom when you sit.
♥ No Bagging ♥
Jeans that bag around the knees or bottom are a fashion disaster.
Buy jeans with some stretch, and narrow around the leg to give shape at the bottom.
♥ Get The Length Right ♥
Wearing heels, the bottom of your jeans should just skim your toes.
This will give the illusion that your legs are a couple of inches longer!
With flats, jeans should end at the tip of the shoe, just grazing the ground.
♥ Color Me Beautiful ♥
White looks fresh for summer.
Be wary as white jeans can make things look larger than they are.
Subtle powder blue and pale gray look best in skinny drainpipe or high-waisted styles.
Black jeans are great but choose cut-slim styles.
Skinny black is sexy rock'n'roll; baggy black is "roadie" and unflattering.

Always try jeans before buying to make sure they fit.
And always buy the right size regardless of the number.

I recommend buying one pair of straight-leg or boot-cut jeans and one pair of skinnies.

... after a day of shopping. I felt amazing wearing them. Although the jean does have a flare to it, I love how long it makes my legs look.The jeans are the focus of attention in this simple outfit, as they added an interesting twist. I also really love the little stars on the behind pockets... :)

Excited to reveal my new Michael Kors Duck Boots. I've been dying to buy them ever since they came out this winter, so when by chance I came across them on sale for $100 it was a done deal.
They are not exactly the prettiest shoes ever, but they are perfect winter shoes - rubber, water-proof but with a high patent leather heel. They are also incredibly comfortable and I can wear them all day without slightest sign of discomfort.

Twilight Collector's Edition and CD Review:
For my fellow Twilighters, I decided to also post some pics of Twilight Collector's Edition. Although the book is beautiful, it is only worth buying if you're (A) a book collector or (B) a crazy obsessed Twilight fan. In my case it is more B as opposed to A.
The gorgeous book includes: - a slide- in case. - the book is covered in beautiful cloth. - the inside pages are made of top quality paper with beautiful calligraphy. - the front page features Stephanie Meyer's signature. - it also includes an attached ribbon book mark.
As for the Twilight Soundtrack - every single song is terrific. Next on my list is the Kings of Leon soundtrack and Twilight DVD.P.S. I am currently working on my Spring shopping list...

Hello Darlings,
I am leaving for a vacation to Mexico tomorrow, so things are crazy. I have morning full of girly things like a mani /pedi and the rest of the beautiful girly things. Also, tomorrow is my two year anniversary with Andrew which I am really excited about....
Shiny.... I found a New Years dress and few more new things to take with me. I bought a pair of Michael Kors Patent Leather Oxfords and couldn't wait to wear them with my new American Apparel Disco pants....
I am bringing this outfit to Cancun, although it's a little risque for me. I love trying new things and experimenting with clothing, and these pants are definately out there for me ... but I LOVE THEM.

Well... I should get back to packing, it's going to be a long night..... and I am taking Victoria Beckham's advice about what to bring. Here's two quotes from " That Extra Half an Inch"....
"Don't bother with flashy designer luggage. There's a good chance it could get stolen as it attracts attention..." " Always bring a dressy outfit as you just never know where your holiday might take you..."
" I try to stick to the formula of bringing something casual ( plain T-shirts, miniskirts), something classic ( nice V-necks, a pencil skirt and a plain dress) and then something a bit more out there for some fun."
