Hello Darlings, With Black Friday just a week away, it is time to start making lists. Unlike any other shopping adventure, this one is going to need a plan and by that I mean a wish list! It is important to plan ahead and look for exactly what you need as opposed to looking to buy everything. I promise that Black Friday is the day that you will want to buy everything!
Been there and done that. This time around, I’ve made a list!
1. Buy CASHMERE and not because I’m obsessed with it but because I need to replace my neutral sweaters — white, black and beige — with a new set. Since cashmere is seasonal this is the perfect time to shop for it.
2. Buy a PURSE and only if I find a great deal. I like to spoil myself to one beautiful purse every year and I prefer to do so while getting an awesome deal on it. Last year it was my Marc Jacobs Sutton purse but this year I am thinking Alexander Wang or 3.1 Phillip Lim.
3. Buy a silk BLOUSE because I really need a white one.
4. Buy a cocktail DRESS because I want something new and pretty to celebrate the New Year in. If you need ideas check out my article on finding the perfect cocktail dress with tips from BCBG Max Azria.
5. Buy Christmas CARDS for everyone that I love. I’m old school and still snail-mail my Christmas cards.
So now that I made my list, I look forward to spending my November 29th at Sherway Gardens (the mall is opened from 7am to 9:30pm) with my mom.
