Hello Darlings, With the summer sunshine comes the festival season. With a long weekend, OVO and Veld behind us; August is officially known as the Sunday of summer. I know realizing a fact that summer is coming to an end is a difficult fact to accept. So what’s a better way to enjoy the rest of your summer season, if not with an outdoor festival. This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending Veld Music Festival at Downsview Park for the second time. I has a blast dancing the days away to DeadMau5, A$ap Rocky and Steve Aoki. Despite mother nature not being very kind to us with terrible thunder storms, resulting in an early cancellation of the event on the second day.

Hello Darlings, It’s not everyday that a girl gets to be a part of Guinness World Records history but let alone host one. Growing up I loved flipping through the pages of Guinness World Records books, just the sheer curiosity and remarkable achievement of various acts always kept me on the look out for the newest published edition. Fast forward twenty years and I had the absolute honor of being a part of one of such amazing record.

Hello Darlings, with every morning comes the beauty routine! From that freshly brewed cup of coffee to a favorite lip colour, it is the routine that starts off our day on the right foot. For a woman, the custom of getting ready in the morning goes beyond a simple act of applying makeup. In a sense it prepares her to face the world feeling her best. I don’t think any woman gets ready with obligation but rather to highlight her favorite features and bring attention to what she admires within herself.

The effort we put into our look has less to do with what we want others to think of us, but rather what we want to feel within ourselves.
